Leading with a Lens of Inquiry Book Club Resource
Seeing the warm welcome and celebration of Leading with a Lens of Inquiry has really been quite something special this past month.
Your DMs, sharing with your PLN and invitations to continue the work beyond the book you have in your hands is so very much appreciated (an understatement for the gratitude I have!) ☺️.
So many of you are venturing out on holidays and tucking the book into your carry on, sitting with the words by the pools with your families and friends and tagging me in some of your favorite pages to share your thinking, requests to sign your books in person and questions and overwhelming enthusiasm for what’s to come once we all return from our breaks and step back into our professional roles.
And while you’ve all been so wonderful at sharing your excitement for the book , I’ve been finalizing the book club resource to accompany your reading of Leading with a Lens of Inquiry.
My newsletter subscribers got their access first but I wanted to make sure that all of you were able to have it at the ready when you returned from your adventures and hunkered down with one another at your favorite coffee spots, designed your leadership retreats and started your the new school year.
The Book Club Resource includes a unique video message that is designed to launch each of your book club sessions, several reflection questions and prompts to spark your thinking and suggested action steps to take your reading well beyond the page.
I am looking forward to seeing more of you engage with this resource and of course look forward to seeing many more of you virtually and in person in the coming months. Being able to support your goals as inquiry leaders through coaching as well as larger scale workshops with your schools and leadership teams is exciting.
Keeping tagging me in your reading and don’t forget to keep adding your thinking and voice to our inquiry #leadingwithinquiry community!
