WAYS TO COLLABORATE

Group Workshops

Whether you have a group of leaders who are curious to learn about actionable ways we embody an inquiry mindset, or a campus ready to go further in your journey as an inquiry community, I provide a variety of engaging and interactive learning experiences that honor the agency of the group while building your capacities as inquiry educators. From loose parts to questioning and moves we take on as we balance our roles as inquiry educators to provocations and assessment through an inquiry lens, use the form below to learn more details about sessions and possible workshops and agendas to support you and your learners or set up an initial consulting meeting.

Partnerships

While each partnership and learning community’s needs are truly unique and co-constructed with one another, I support teachers in their growth as inquiry educators, leaders and coaches in their growth as inquiry leaders, and schools as they nurture student-centered cultures of teaching and learning. School partnerships are a broader scope of work that support both long term and short-term goals. Together, we look at your organization’s needs and work backwards to design a powerful professional development plan that encompasses learning opportunities, targeted coaching, and actionable feedback for next steps in sustainable change and growth.

Keynotes

How do we center ourselves and our learning community around the values that help us cultivate schools of inquiry? Keynotes are a great place to provoke thinking while providing actionable and relevant steps that inspire and motivate the group towards action.

1:1 Coaching

It all begins with a question. Maybe you want to launch a movement. Maybe you want to transform your practice, refining your skills and mindsets as an inquiry leader. Or maybe you have professional goals that need a bit of nudging and guidance. Coaching is often coupled with school wide professional development sessions, leveraging the work towards personal goals. Some examples of coaching session topics include leadership development, planning with an inquiry framework, questioning, and other inquiry teaching and learning moves.
