An action at the heart of an inquiry practice and one that I am quite often drawn to in my work with teachers and leaders. With the ever elusive time that we all seem to not have enough of, I’ll be sharing more about the transformation that this move has within our roles as leaders during the 2022 TIES event.

Cultivating a reflective practice

Inquiry is often used as a framework for teaching and learning with the students in our classrooms, but what happens when leaders use this philosophy to design, lead, and inspire teachers?

Through this leadership strategy session, explore how leading with a lens of inquiry helps create the space for innovative and sustainable changes in our inquiry classrooms. Consider how it may honor the agency of adult learners, and also empower leaders.

This 45-minute strategy session will be followed by an optional 15-minute peer-driven reflection huddle, for All Access Pass holders to reflect and share learnings.
